This first round of exchange between Chr. Michelsens Institutt (CMI) and Southern and Eastern Africa Policy Research Network (SEAPReN) represented by Institute of Policy Analysis and Research (IPAR), Namibian Economic Policy Research Unit (NEPRU), Economic and Social Research Foundation (ESRF), Botswana Institute for Development Policy Analysis (BIDPA), is an attempt to nurture both international and regional cooperation in policy research within the institutions involved. Drawing from expertise and body of knowledge available in the partner institutions along with the dedication of SEAPReN to strengthen the network through exchange of personnel and cross- fertilization, this exchange is meant to lay the ground for sustainable partnership in research and policy abalysis.
