Recent news and circulars:

• 15th December: IMPORTANT NOTE REG. CONFERENCE FEES:
The org. com. has decided to remove the fees for the conference. This means that we will not offer lunches to the participants, but on the other hand we hope that it means more people can attend. We are able to do this because we will have fewer international invited guests than originally hoped, and becuase of generous donations by NFS and the Departments of Physics and Astrophysics at UiO.
• 12th December: Programme updated - more talks, some re-shuffling, some new time slots
• 11th December: A preliminary conference programme is available.
