How to add printers in Windows

All common printers should be mounted automatically for you. Student machines will have the correct printer predefined as the default printer. For other machines you can choose your default printer yourself.

If you would like to mount personal network printers you can follow this instuction:

Start - Run - cmd
In the cmd window which comes up you write:
con2prt /c \\winprint2\PRINTERNAME

For example:
con2prt /c \\winprint2\ig_adm2

To disconnect all your printers:
con2prt /f
(to reconnect you can simply log in and out again)
