The information desk
The information desk is situated at the main entrance of the university college.  Here you pick up general information about the university college. You can also come here for registration, exam enrolment, exam withdrawal, exam results and handing out exam questions, delivering exam answers in cases of home exams.

Departmental administrations
Many study administrative routines and services are also carried out by the departmental administration at the department(school) concerned. Guidance relating to the individual study is given at the department the course of study belongs to.
