Bilateral Agreements
Oslo University College has bilateral agreements with a number of universities abroad. Students from one of our partner universities may apply to OUC as an exchange student for one or two semesters and earn credit towards their degree in their home institution.

Who may apply
Students enrolled in universities with which Oslo University College has a bilateral agreement and who have completed at least one year of their education may apply. Please note that Oslo University College has no grants or scholarships available for exchange students. On the other hand, public institutions of higher education in Norway charge no tuition fees.
How to apply
Candidates apply through their home university. Please contact the International Office at your home institution to start the application process.
Deadline
October 1st for the spring semester. April 1st for the autumn semester.
