Information to the candidates
The deadline for signing up as a candidate is 12.00, November 5th. November 7th, the Student Parliament will arrange a meeting for all the candidates. You will then receive more information about the Election process, and we will answer questions you might have. The final deadline for changing you photo and/or your answers on the candidate form is November 9th at 12.00.
The Election starts November 12th. The Student Parliament will advertise all the candidates with posters everywhere on campus.
Every day in week 46 (the Election week), the Student Parliament and the student councils will arrange stands everywhere around campus. The candidates will then be able to promote themselves on these stands.
The Election will take place in Fronter (electronically) from November 12th to November 16th.

The congregation (Forsamlingen) has meetings 3-4 times a semester. At the first meeting they constitute a board with seven representatives, one from each Faculty. The board has a meeting every week. All OUC students can run for a place in the board, but you cannot be a part of the congregation if you are a member of the board. Then the substitute will take your place.
