"Pangaia"

Welcome to Pangaia, the international meeting point of Volda University College. One of the main objectives of Pangaia is to create a home-away-from-home feeling for international students.

Pangaia is a place where Norwegian and international students and friends can interact in a stress-free atmosphere. You find Pangaia in the heart of Berte Kanutte building. It is a place where you can drop in to relax, make new friends and Iulia, our fantastic international trainee from Romania, or the international coordinators Cecilie, Ingun, Kjell or Thomas. In Pangaia you will also find different brochures, books, games to play etc. If you have any ideas to improve Pangaia, do not hesitate to contact International Office.

The international club

The international club at Volda University College is closely linked to Pangaia and the international office. The club is arranging club nights from various countries, Karaoke night, Salsa, Flamenco, movies as well as mouintain trips. Most of the club nights are being held at "Rokken" - the student house. The club is run by a board of international and Norwegian students and there is always space for a newcomer! New members and ideas are welcome!
