About
I am a graduate student in linguistics (aka research fellow) at CASTL, University of
Tromsø.
My research interests include theoretical phonology, particularly
Optimality Theory, theory of phonological representations, phonetics-phonology interface, phonology-morphology
interface, loanword phonology, Slavic phonology, Slovenian phonology
and phonetics, and acoustic phonetics.
Currently I am working on
Slovenian tone and ATR interactions, on loanword specific markedness, on derived environment effects,
and on Shua phonetics and phonology.
This semester (Fall 2007) I am teaching LIN-1012 Phonology.
