Research interests
My main research interest are issues of design and implemantation of IS in
health care organisations. In particular how electronic-, paper based medical
records and other information systems integrate with the daily work-activities
in health care. The purpose is to contribute to the design of systems supporting
the knowledge work of health care workers.
More specifically my interest includes the following aspects:
- The interplay between the 'technical' and the 'non-technical'
- Collaborative work in heterogeneous environments
- IT and knowledge-intensive work
- Healthcare Informatics
- Integration
