Dear Project Leaders,

The aim of the Access to Research Infrastructure action of the Human Potential Programme is to provide scientists from anywhere within the Community with easy access to Europe's major research infrastructures. The Programme is implemented through contracts between the European Commission and major European research infrastructures. These contracts serve to support the mobility costs of visiting scientists and the costs of using the infrastructure.

To enable the programme management to monitor and improve the programme, each Group Leader of a project supported by the EC Programme is requested to ensure that:

1. the attached Users Questionnaire is completed and returned to the European Commission within two weeks of the period of access supported by the EC contract;

2. the attached Project Summary Report is completed and returned to the Infrastructure Project Manager (Monika Voit) as soon as possible;

3. all publication directly linked to the work performed in this project acknowledge the support of the Bergen Computational Physics Laboratory in the framework of the European Community - Access to Research Infrastructure action of the Improving Human Potential Programme;

4. The Infrastructure Project Manager is kept informed of all the publications referred to under point 3 above.
