I received my Master and PhD degrees from the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics, St. Petersburg State University and I worked there as an assistent and associate professor. Also I was a postdoc in Chile (CMM and Universidad de Chile ), in Czech Republic (ITI and Charles University), and in Germany (HNI and University of Paderborn). Here is a link to my old Home Page in Paderborn. Since 2002 I am a professor at the Department of Informatics, University of Bergen. My research interests are mainly in Algorithms and Graph Theory.
