About me:
July 2004 I defended my Dr. Scient. degree (PhD) in bioinformatics
at the Department
of Informatics, University of Bergen
, Norway. My research interests involves algorithms, applied machine
learning, and statistical methods for analysis of biological data.
Currently I'm working as a scientist in Inge Jonassen's group. My work involves
analysis of microarray data, and development of new and/or improved
analysis methods related to the problems we are working on.
