A Synchronous and Asynchronous Extension of BSCW for Collaborative Learning
Interactive Event at CSCL 2003Wolfgang Appelt, Rudolf Ruland Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Information Technology Gerry Stahl College of Information Science and Technology, Drexel University, USA AbstractWe propose to demonstrate the Synergeia System at CSCL 2003 which is a CSCL system developed during the past two years and which will be made publicly available in April, both as a service from FIT’s Web site as well as for download, allowing local installation of the software at users’ sites (see more information on the system below). We plan to set up at least two PCs so conference visitors can experiment themselves with the system and evaluate its features and user interface.
