The re-exam will be held on August 10. This will be an oral exam (http://www.ntnu.no/eksamen/plan/07s/ currently says that this is a written exam, but this is incorrect!).

We conclude the course in TTM4120 Dependable systems with a demonstration of network robustness by emergent tecniques (swarm intelligence/Ant technology), see the lecture schedule.

The demonstrator is a result of research at the Department of Telematics, Q2S and the first version of the demonstrator was developed by Telenor in the EU-project BISON. The version you will see on Tuesday is extended in the Master's thesis work of Tore Kristiansen in this semester.

The demo will be held by Poul E. Heegaard and Tore Kristiansen.

All groups have now submitted the final assignment in the laboratory exercises. All groups got their deliveries accepted.

To conclude the laboratory exercises, a concluding session will be held on Tuesday, March 13 at 11:15-12:00

At the last reference group meeting, the students requested some exercises which can be solved using pen and paper. Therefore, we have made a set of supplementary exercises.

The supplementary exercises is a list of suggested tasks selected from previous exams which can serve as self-tests on the different topics of the materael contained in the course.

A RSS feed for TTM4120 is now available. We hope this initiative will make it easier to catch up on news about Dependable systems.

• All groups have sumbitted Part 1, and all submissions were ok. The status can be tracked at the groups page.
• Three computers, sahara34-36, at the inner left corner of the lab, are supposed to always run Linux and may therefore be used as servers (from anywhere). You may of course log in on these computers locally as well.
• I will be at the Sahara lab tomorrow (Thursday) after the lectures. Hope to see you there.

The Laboratory page is updated with groups and schedule for help and guidance at the lab.
Do not forget to work on the "ordinary" exercises. Questions on the exercises as well as questions on the lab are welcome during the lab hours!
