• GMRFLib a library in C for fast and exact simulation of Gaussian Markov Random Fields (GMRF) on graphs.  The library performs,unconditional simulation of a GMRF, various types of conditional simulation from a GMRF,  evaluation of the corresponding log-density, MCMC blockupdate proposals, and approximate inference using Laplac-approximations.
  
• MaxEnt-Library written in Fortran for spatial deconvolution using Maximum Entropy. (It dates back to 1990 or so. It is not maintained anymore, but still works fine!)
