The NOKUT application form
In order for us to process your application as quickly as possible it is important that you provide the necessary information and enclose all the required documentation. Therefore, please read our web site pages closely before you fill out the application.

Please notice that your application will not be processed unless sections A, B, D, G and I are filled out.

It is not yet possible to fill out the application form directly onto our web site. The form must either be downloaded and printed out, or you can contact us and we will send you a printed copy by ordinary mail.
