My research interests are focused on theoretical models for molecular properties, intermolecular interactions and molecular models of condensed matter. For my research, I am using the supercomputer facilities provided by the NOTUR consortium. For further information, see my cv, publication list, and a list of projects.

During the autumn, I am responsible for the course in "Computational Chemistry" (TKJ4205). During the spring, I teach a project course "Experts in Team, Interdisciplanary Project" (TKJ4850). I also accept project students in the courses "Physical Chemistry, Project Work" (TKJ4190) and "Physical Chemistry, Specialization Course" (TKJ4700). I give Ph.D. courses in "Molecular Modelling" (KJ8205) and "Molecular Dynamics and Computer Simulations" (KJ8203).

I am a partner in the Strategic University Program in Quantum Chemistry and in the Nanomat program Materials for Hydrogen Technology. I am also the partner in a Strategic Industry Program on Electronic Processes in Dielectric Liquids coordinated by Sintef Energy AS. I am the coordinator of the Nanomat program Molecular Modelling in Nanotechnology. These programs are funded by the Norwegian Research Council (NFR).
