16 Toll charges (“bomring”)
Members of the staff of
diplomatic missions and career consular officers are not exempted from paying
toll charges. These are not considered to be penalties, dues or taxes because
they are levied for specific reasons, e.g. to fund and maintain roads or
bridges.
