All toolboxes have a file called Contents.m with short descriptions of what the various functions do, and a readme.m file with more detailed information.

Calculates impulse responses for interior (rooms) or exterior (scattering) objects taking specular reflections (only rigid surfaces) and edge diffraction (only rigid surfaces) into account. Only low-order specular reflections are implemented so far, using the image source method. The edge diffraction can be calculated using a number of models: the Kirchhoff diffraction approximation (inherently only first-order), Vanderkooy's model (only first order implemented), Medwins model (only first order implemented), the new model by Svensson et al (up to second order implemented). The geometry should be created as a text-file including corner coordinates and plane definitions, in the .CAD format, as used by CATT-Acoustic (Note that the demo version of CATT-Acoustic can be used to create geometry files that can be exported to the CAD-format). Some examples can be found in the folder EDexamples: A loudspeaker box, a rectangular plate, and a simple auditorium.

readmls.m       Reads a MLSSA file, type .TIM or .FRQ, and extracts all information including the header with measurement settings.
