Application forms in English
You must print the form yourself, and sign it. In Norway, applications are to be delivered to the local police. Abroad, they are to be handed in to the nearest Norwegian embassy or consulate.

Quand le formulaire est dûment complété, il convient de l'imprimer et de le signer. En Norvège il doit être remis au poste de police le plus proche; à l'étranger il sera remis au poste diplomatique ou consulaire norvégien. Vous pourrez aussi vous y faire assister pour compléter les formulaires.
Impresos de solicitud en español
Cuando halla terminado de rellenar el impreso, escríbalo por la immpresora y fírmelo.
En Noruega se entrega el impreso de solicitud, en la entidad policial más cercana o en la policía local. Desde el extranjero, se entrega en la embajada de Noruega o entidad representativa en el país. En dichos lugares, también le pueden facilitar información para rellenar los impresos.

Innerhalb Norwegens geben Sie die Unterlagen bitte bei der nächsten Polizeidienststelle ab, im Ausland bei der norwegischen Botschaft bzw. Auslandsvertretung. Dort kann man Ihnen ggf. auch weitere Hinweise zum Ausfüllen des Formulars geben.
