In the section we've called "Complete References" we've included all the major sources we've used in this project. However we at certain places in this document provide links to Internet-sites and then we only provide the date we made the link and the URL address is not put in the referencelist.

The section called "Important terms & expressions" is very small and includes only a few of the most important concepts in the field of CSCL (Including a definition of CSCL itself). We hoped to make this section more substantial, but in the end we had to reduce it.
