Since January 23 1998 the 1801 Census of Norway has been included in Digitalarkivet (The Digital Archive of Norway). The only way to reach it is from the the home page of Digitalarkivet. Look for a link to 1801 Census.

We have improved the search capabilities. But knowing that some people prefer what they are accustomed to we have inclued a link to a page semilar to the one you usually find here. Please change you bookmarks to http://digitalarkivet.uib.no. We cannot guaratee that we will be able to keep this page, which is hosted on a different server than our own.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
