About the Centre for Sámi Studies

Through its strategic development and planning, the Centre is an important contributor in strenghtening the established research within a wide range of fields at the University of Tromsø. Through concrete projects, the centre initiates and conducts interdisciplinary cooperation within Sami and indigenous research.
