First Management Committee meeting

The kick-off meeting of the Management Committee of this COST Action will be held in Brussels on 28-29 August 2006. At this meeting the Chair will be elected, the work plan will be discussed, and it will be decided where and when the first plenary meeting with meetings in the three Working Groups will be held.
