General information on the research area:
The area comprises computer-support for selected aspects of human-human
co-operative work, in particular analysis and design methodology for such
systems, but also particular system types, e.g., electronic commerce and
teaching technology. The three selected method areas are Co-operation technology
(support tools, groupwork, CSCW), Information Systems Engineering (requirements
engineering, design methods for hybrid man/computer systems), workflow
systems (design and support of interorganisational business processes).
