Food, culture and preservation 1 (MKK101) - autumn 2005

The seminars are taught Friday afternoon (3.00 pm – 7.00 pm) and Saturday (10.00 am – 4.00 pm). It is possible to follow separate weekend seminars given there being room at the particular seminar.
