Møt opp i kantina i Berte Kanutte-huset torsdag 21. februar
>> English text below

Make sure you’re in the canteen at BK on Thursday 21st
Long before the fanfare echoes across the room at 11.30 you’ll be able to stroll into Berte Kanutte to the rhythms of the “Pangaia band”, feel the vibes of the pulsating music from several corners of the world and see the many stands that are starting to appear. Here you will find the international and Norwegian students busy preparing to present ‘their’ countries, and you will be able to mingle with the overseas guests who’ve come to Volda just for the occasion. As the morning progresses the air will be filled with the smells of what are for many of us exotic dishes. Hopefully they will make you feel hungry, because you have something to look forward to – an international lunch completely free of charge. You can wander around with a cup of coffee - on the house - before you make sure of a seat in the Main auditorium at 11.50. The next hour will offer you vital information if you want to travel, experience foreign cultures, study abroad and come back home with a CV that really shows your initiative and knowledge of the world. In the auditorium – and only there – you will be able to hand in your answers to the student competition. Who knows – if you are the lucky winner you will be able to take home a travel cheque for the princely sum of 6000 – yes, six thousand – Norwegian kroner. Surely all this is too good to miss? Then make a note in your diary and be there!
