"Nettskjema" is a service to enable easy collection of information and data.

Nettskjema allows you to create your own forms for surveys or other data collection, and you can invite people to respond and view their responses. You can also submit responses to forms others have sent you an invitation to. All registered users at the University of Oslo  have free access to this service.
