We invite you to join us for a talk in the Church Art exhibition, where we’ll look into the life of king Olav Haraldson, who came to power in Norway in 1015, just one thousand years ago.
His rule lasted 15 years and saw the introduction of Christianity to Norway, but what really made Olav famous was his death.
In this talk, we’ll discover how Olav rose from being little more than an usurper to become Rex perpetuus Norvegiæ – the Eternal King of Norway.
