Services

• Borrowing books and periodicals.
• Assistance and advice about the catalogue, data bases, and shelf collection.
• Information on looking for information in Norwegian and International data-bases.
• Loaning books from other libraries is possible if the books are not available in our collection.
• Computers are available for your use of both internet and CDs.

Rules for using the library

• All students and employees have access to borrow literature from the library.
• Borrowing time is usually 4 weeks for books and 1 week for periodicals and video films.
• Books already out can be reserved.
• It is possible to renew a book loan with the exception of books on the library reserve shelf.
• The borrower is responsible for returning the book at the correct time.
• Books borrowed from other libraries must be returned promptly.
• Damage or lost books must be replaced.
• Handbooks and student assigments/papers can only be used in the library.
