Most exchange students will be staying at one of the student homes run by the student organisation OAS. The price range for a room is from NOK 2500 - 3500. A contract must be signed upon receiving the key to your room. Please note that rent is paid only for entire months. If you arrive late in one month or you leave one of the first days of a new month, you must pay a whole month’s rent.

We will provide pillow and duvet, but you will have to bring your own bed linen. The rooms are equipped with a bed, desk, cupboard, table, and desk lamp. If you need cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery, ask for the contact person in your corridor at the student home. He or she can tell you if there is equipment available for you in the kitchen. If not, you may have to buy some.

Ullevål Student Village (halls A/B)

The studios are furnished with bed, wardrobe, table, desk with shelf and chair.
There is a washbasin inside each studio and shower/wc is shared between 7 residents. The kitchen is shared between 14. The common laundry is on the ground floor.

There is cable TV in all studios as well as the possibility of broadband connection.

St. Hanshaugen Student Village (house 2)

The studios are furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, bookcase and table. There is a wash basin in each studio. 2 showers, 2 wcs and a kitchen are shared between 16 people. Common laundry with internet booking in basement. One storage room to each unit on each floor.

Electricity, heating, hot water and caretaker service are included in the rent.
