Through Arena student and authorized staff will access all academic-administrative information registered on each individual student. Students will access their own data only. Through Arena students may also alter or correct information allready registered, as address, phone, e-mail. It is the responsibility of each student that such personal information is updated at all times.
In addition to personal information as addresses etc., Arena will also contain information about which student fees each student has paid, exams passed, grades, study progress and other relevant academic information.

Please note that the Arena system unfortunately is not available in English. The following will give you information about how to obtain a password and user i.d., and how to navigate in the system.
The students may pick up their individual password directly through the log-in picture. Go to "glemt passord" and enter your log-in i.d. You will immediately receive an e-mail to your student e-mail adress containing your password. Please keep a record of your password in a safe place. To obtain a user i.d. and password for the e-mail system, please contact the Computing Services Center (IT-department). A valid student I:D: is needed to get a user i.d.
Your user i.d. is identical with your individual student number. Your student number is shown on your student I.D./semester card.
Your password is electronically generated and must be entered accurately in order to obtain access. Please note that the program distinguishes between small and capital letters. The password is strictly personal and shall under no sircumstances be passed on to others. You may change the password after you have logged into Arena. To change password, click on "Endre E-POST/passord" on the top blue line on the main menu. Register your new password and press "send"..
User i.d. and password in Classfronter are identical with the user i.d. and password in Arena. Personal information should be updated in Arena only. Updated information will be transferred from Arena to Classfronter every night.
