The topic for this PhD project is «Developing offshore Wind industry in and between Norway and China». It will be studied from an innovation studies and science and technology studies (STS) perspective. The goal is to understand better processes in the Chinese Offshore wind industry, and at the same time mapping the influence of foreign actors in this industry. Therefore, part of the scope is to use the Norwegian offshore wind competence as a case in point for enhanced understanding of international knowledge-flows and the impact on the Chinese offshore wind industry.
