Representations before the EPO

I forbindelse med Norges inntreden i EPO 1. januar 2008, vil en representant fra Legal Devision i EPO holde et halvdagsseminar i Oslo under overskriften "Representations before the EPO". Seminaret holdes på engelsk, og det vil være flere representanter fra Patentstyret tilgjengelig for spørsmål gjennom dagen.

Foreleser

Mr. Hans-Christian Haugg is a lawyer at the Legal Division, Patent Administration, Dir. 5.2.4 at the EPO. Mr. Haugg has a university degree in Law Studies and wrote his thesis about opposition procedure in European and German patent law. He has practiced as an attorney at a law firm specialising in intellectual property rights. In 1995 he entered the European Patent Organisation and has since then been a legally qualified member of the Legal Division which is, inter alia, responsible for matters regarding representation in proceedings before the EPO.
