Implementing the WTO Decision on Access to Pharmaceutical Products
Norway’s Patent Regulations have now been modified in accordance with the WTO decision on access to pharmaceutical products. The WTO requires national legislation concerning compulsory licences to conform with the TRIPS Agreement.
