Credit indicator C2 - an approximate measure of the magnitude of the gross domestic debt of the public (households, non-financial enterprises and municipalities) in NOK and foreign currency with banks, state lending institutions, finance companies, life insurance companies and general insurance companies, mortgage companies, private and municipal pension funds, the Government Pension Fund Norway and Norges Bank. The public’s bond debt and certificate debt raised in the domestic market is also included in C2.
