The aim of the course is to introduce the students to applied statistics. The course focus on

simple hypothesis testing, analyses of variance (ANOVA), simple and multiple regression,

nonparametric statistics and logistic regression. The students will be introduced to a

statistical package (Stata)

Spring term every 3 years

Specialst programme, PhD

Bachelor's degree in dentistry, medicine or related sciences. Students enroled in a Master's degree programme can take this course.

Participation in lectures (requirement 80 % attendance)
