Using a Private Computer
Staff and students at UoB can use all the electronic resources from their own computers, from home, or when off-campus.
To access the University Library's web outside campus one may use a VPN or EZproxy, to gain access see https://it.uib.no/en/Work_from_home. One must have a valid account at the UoB to take advantage of this.
Start at the University Libraries homepage
If you start you search at the University Library's web pages https://www.uib.no/ub/en , the proxy-server will automatically connect when it is necessary. You will need to log in with your usual user name and password at UoB. This goes for all the e-resources the University Library has access to!
