The Research Group is led by Associate Professor Christian Franklin and Postdoctoral Research Fellow Ronny Gjendemsjø, and consists of researchers working on various legal issues in competition law, intellectual property rights, market law, media law, state aid and public procurement law and other connected areas. The Research Group functions primarily as a forum for academic discussions. The Research Group also plays a central part in the ongoing research project on "Modernisation of the Public Sector - Competition and Market law Issues", funded jointly by the Faculty of Law and the Norwegian Research Council.
