Welcome to Gjøvik University College
Gjøvik is situated on the western side of Lake Mjøsa (Norway's biggest lake), in the county of Oppland. In addition to GUC, there are two other institutions of higher education in the region surrounding Mjøsa - Lillehammer University College and Hedmark University College. These three institutions cooperate in a number of ways and have started a process that will possibly lead to the consolidation into a university.
