Practical information:

Venue:

The workshop will take place in The Natural Science bulding ("Realfagbygget") at NTNU in Trondheim.

Address: Høgskoleringen 5, Gløshaugen, NTNU.

Auditorium R9 both days of the workshop.

Transportation:

There is a direct bus, and also a direct train, if one prefers that, from the Trondheim airport (Værnes) to the Lerkendal footballstadium (home arena of the famous? Rosenborg team). The bus (or train) travel time from the airport to the Lerkendal station is about 40 minutes. From the stadium bus stop (and also from the stadium train station), there is a 5 minutes walk to "Realfagbygget".

Food:

There is a good cafeteria for lunch (Norwegian prices) inside  "Realfagbygget".

When:

The workshop officially starts at 1300 on Wednesday February 6 (registration starts at 1200, details will follow later).

The workshop officially ends at 1230 on Thursday February 7.

Program:

Detailed program will be published during December 2007 - January 2008.

ALL partipants are encouraged to bring posters to the postersession taking place in the evening February 6.

Expences for sleeping and workshop dinner:

Rooms have been reserved in Quality Hotel Augustin in downtown Trondheim, about 10-15 minutes walk from the NTNU Campus:

Room prices:

995 Nkr per person for single room

597 NKR per person for shared double room

The ("obligatory") workshop dinner in the evening of February 6 will take place in Quality Hotel Augustin:

Price per person for 3 course dinner (excluding beverages) is 365 Nkr.

The ("obligatory dinner") will be followed by an "obligatory" bar/pub "tour" in Trondheim (not free of charge).

Registration:

There will be no registration fee for the workshop, all payments (room and dinner) must be made directly to the hotel at checkout.

Registration deadline has passed (November 26 2007).

The deadline for submitting final titles and abstracts is January 7 2008.
