a) Financial reporting
On the Fredskorpset web page www.fredskorpset.no we have issued our new templates for financial reporting, to be used by the primary/lead/North-partners. We request all lead partners to only use these templates when doing the financial reporting.
Deadlines financial reporting
The reports will still follow the calendar year, and lead-partner shall submit project accounts to Fredskorpset by 15th March for the year before. Audited project accounts for the year before shall reach Fredskorpset by 31st August. As before, secondary partners will have to submit their accounts/audit well a head of these dates for the lead partner to meet the deadlines.
b) Narrative reporting
In stead of annual reporting tied to the calendar year, the main rule is now to make one end of project report on the whole exchange project, from beginning to end. For particularly long projects (one and a half year or more), Fredskorpset might ask for additional narrative reporting.
Deadlines for narrative reporting
Fredskorpset-youth: The narrative to be submitted by lead-partner to Fredskorpset not later than 3 months after the last participant has returned to his/her home country.
All other program lines: The narrative report to be submitted by lead-partner to Fredskorpset not later than 1 month after the last participant has returned to his/her home country.
These changes will be incorporated in all new agreements with Fredskorpset. Partners with ongoing exchange projects will be encouraged to report according to the new regulations. However, annual narrative reporting will still be accepted for these programs.
