Amongst them was Mr J.A. Gayan Kushanta from Strømme Foundation Asia. A native of Sri Lanka, Mr Kushant, is preparing himself for his East Timor stay at the FK preparatory course in Thailand.
The participants had outdoor activities, working with teambuilding training. Representatives from the partners were going at it together with their new participants.
“We learnt how to focus on the target, and to cooperate and work together”, said Mr J.A. Gayan Kushanta, “and we learnt to know each other better”.
The participants at the preparatory course are going to work with as different areas as health, peace and microfinance.
