Most applications to undergraduate studies at public institutions of higher education in Norway are processed by a centralised application processing centre.
Applicants with international secondary education, holding a permanent or renewable residence permit, must apply for admission on the regular Norwegian application form. The application deadline is March 1st

Applicants not holding a permanent or renewable residence permit, must apply to Bodø University College for undergraduate and graduate studies within February 1st.
