This Specialist Group is responsible for holding courses in fluids engineering in our department. The Group is organized into two sections: general fluids engineering, located in the Fluid Dynamics Laboratory, and hydraulic turbo-machines, fluid power and pneumatics, located in the Waterpower Laboratory.
Our goals:
To be the main Specialist Group teaching general fluids engineering at NTNU.
To be the centre of know-how on fluids engineering for both Norwegian and international industry.
To perform research work at a high international level within our specialist field.
To communicate our research results both to students and the surrounding world through international publications.
