The PhD candidate and his/her supervisors shall submit an annual progress report on standard form.

Moreover, the candidate may be requested to submit an extensive progress reports after 2 years, in order to ensure that studies and supervision are progressing in a satisfactory manner. It is the responsibility of the respective Departments to initiate this measure and carry out the assessment.
