Expert Group on Energy Balances
In order to kick off the work we have invited the expert group to a start-up workshop in Oslo from 18 to 20 May 2009. At this workshop the participants will identify the main elements necessary to provide a proposal for chapter 8 and set up a working plan and responsibilities for the drafting.
At the fourth Oslo Group meeting, Ms Karen Treanton talked about the Principles of Energy Balances. This presentation and the memo Mr. Olav Ljones wrote after OG4 for discussion, proposing topics and a plan for the content of the chapter serve as a background documents for the meeting in May.
The invitation have been sent to the institutions and organisations that volunteered for the expert group on Energy Balances at the meeting in Ottawa. If somebody else would like to join the expert group, please contact the secretariat (Mr. Tostensen)
