At the fourth Oslo Group meeting in Ottawa it was decided to put together an expert group to contribute to the drafting of the chapter on Energy Balances, IRES chapter 8. In order to kick off the work Statistics Norway invite the expert group to a start-up workshop in Oslo from 18 to 20 May 2009.
