As one of four institutions in Norway, the Centre for Journalism offers a Bachelor of Journalism.  The centre prepares its students for employment as journalists in newspapers, television and radio. 

In the first year of training, the students focus on news reporting, and the second year the students concentrate on reportage.  The centre also offers a program in Journalism of Economy, and a course taught in English in reporting and editing.
