Facts about us

• - Oldest student society in Bergen, founded in 1934, before Bergen University.
• - Founded by students and scientific employees from Bergen Museum.
• - Got a history book that has been part of the syllabus at college-level.
• - Bergens most visited public forum for social and cultural debates.
• - Consists of students working for free speech, cultur and academical festivity.
• - Supported by members of established academic and cultural individuals.
• - Eternally protected by His Majesty The Hedgehodge (Erinaceus europeus minor, Rex et Inspirator).

The Student Society is divided into four groups:

• - Upop
• - Culture
• - Debate
• - Operacafé

In addition we have groups which focuse on PR, economy and festivities.
